Product Desk is designed to collect as little personal information as practical while publishing useful, freely accessible editorial content.

Product Desk operates product-desk.com. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to hello@product-desk.com.
Information we handle
- Messages you send. If you contact us, your email provider sends the address, message and attachments you choose to include.
- Essential browser storage. The cookie banner stores your preference on your device so it does not ask on every visit.
- Hosting security records. Our hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamps to deliver and protect the site.
- Optional analytics. Product Desk does not currently enable non-essential analytics through this site. If that changes, optional tracking will be described in the Cookie Notice and used only with consent where required.
Why we use information
We use information to answer messages, correct editorial content, operate and secure the website, meet legal obligations and understand or defend against misuse. We do not sell personal information.
Affiliate and external links
Retailer and source links take you to another organisation. That site applies its own privacy policy and may receive ordinary referral information. Product Desk does not receive your checkout or payment details.
Retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain a corrections record, manage a business relationship or meet legal obligations. Security logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s operational settings.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing and to complain to a data-protection authority. Email us with enough information to identify the relevant correspondence. We may need to verify the request without collecting unnecessary documents.
International services and changes
Web hosting and email providers may process information in more than one country under their own safeguards. We may update this policy when services or legal requirements change; the reviewed date at the top shows the current version.
